BlackBoard - foot mobilisation at home
What may sound strange at first is the truth. With 26 bones and a multitude of joints and ligaments, the foot is one of the most complex parts of the body.

Who are the BlackBoard products suitable for?
Mobilising the feet can strengthen the muscles as well as mobility. This benefits anyone who has an office job or cannot move enough. But athletes also benefit from BlackBoard. The training promises more stability, faster reaction and better performance of the feet.
BlackBoard Basic
The BlackBoard Basic consists of a two-part standing surface connected with a cord. By flexibly attaching the supports, the BlackBars, to the underside using a Velcro system, specific movement patterns of the foot can be trained. The BlackBoard Basic is the first product that has captured the foot in its complexity and strengthens the entirety of the foot through the various axes of rotation. It comes with 3 BlackBars, which can be used to train the forefoot or the heel area, depending on how they are attached.
BlackBoard PerformanceBars
The extension set for the BlackBoard Basic differs from the normal BlackBars in that it has a tapered underside that specifically trains your motor skills and improves your reaction speed and reflexes. Ideal for all athletes who want to achieve even faster movements and better performance. The set consists of one long and two short PerformanceBars that can be attached to the underside as desired.
BlackBoard MobilisationBars
The higher version of the BlackBars increases the tilt angle of the board and thus also the mobilisation. Especially after some time with the BlackBoard Basic, the MobilizationBars can be the sensible next step to increase blood circulation and mobility of the feet. The set consists of one long and two short MobilizationBars that can be attached to the underside as desired.
BlackBoard Meta Trigger
The foot trigger is optimally adapted to the natural shape of the feet and thus ensures pinpoint mobilisation of the individual bones and joints. At the same time, it can also be used to treat muscular tension and trigger points. Simply place the trigger under the sole of the foot and shift the weight - and you can treat your heel pain and blockages yourself.
BlackBoard ToeBands
The ToeBands are resistance bands for the foot that train the foot and toe muscles in isolation thanks to their special design. They can be used in combination with the BlackBoard Basic or individually for numerous exercises. The ToeBands are available in 2 versions:
- Toe Band green - strong
The green band is used to mobilise fixed and immobile joints and can be used to strengthen muscles that have already been trained.
- Toe Band pink - soft
The beginner's version enables anyone who has done less training so far to strengthen the muscles. The Toe Band pink also enables the strengthening of neural pathways.
