Trigger point massage with Triggerdinger by K-Active®
The application of the Triggerdinger works on every part of the musculature according to the same principle. Choose the Triggerding that suits your needs and then you can get started.
1. Position your Triggerding on the floor or wall, depending on the area you want to treat.

2. Search your muscles for tension and hardened points.
3. Press against these points with your Triggerding.
4. Hold this position until the pain subsides. This usually takes about 30 to 90 seconds, but it can take even longer before the trigger point is released.
You can repeat this process several times for each trigger point you are treating. You can also adjust your position on the trigger point between applications.
It is quite common to feel some pain during trigger point massage. However, this should be bearable for you.
