Here are a few training exercises for you: Research has shown that feet and ankles get stronger with the following exercises. Many people also report improvements in their feet, ankles, knees, and hip and back pain.Exercise 1: Start by balancing on one leg on a flat surface (close to a door frame or table for support if needed). Optionally, you can take a ball in your hand or have it lightly nudged on your shoulder. You will notice that your body is more aware once it starts using the mat. Repeat the exercise with the other leg.   Exercise 2: Stand on one leg for about 30 seconds first and then switch to the other leg. Perform the exercise on a flat surface and, if possible, without holding on to anything.
