Shipping and payment terms

Delivery

We supply countries all over the world. Separate terms of delivery may apply to selected products. If necessary, these must be ordered through our partners in the respective country. K-Active Europe GmbH usually ships your orders within Germany with the logistics company "DHL". This Shipping method allows you to use insured shipping; there are no additional costs. Orders until 14.00 Clock we usually ship the same day! The shipping time is about up to 3 working days. We reject but to the fact that K-Active has no influence on the delivery of your goods. For the tracing of your Order you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from the logistics company if you have entered your e-mail address DHL. Via this e-mail you can track the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs

Dispatch from stock is carriage forward. Medical personnel, pharmacies and end consumers receive free shipping within Germany from EUR 145 gross value of goods for online orders and from EUR 200 net value of goods for written orders (e.g. order form, fax, e-mail, telephone, etc.). For orders below the stated order values, the shipping costs listed under "Parcel shipments to Germany" apply. Deliveries abroad are never free of charge.

With express shipping, orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered by 6:00 PM the following business day. Additional surcharges apply to packages weighing 10 kg or more. Bulky items or items shipped via freight carrier are excluded from express shipping. For special shipping options, such as Saturday delivery or cash on delivery, please contact us directly via email or phone. We cannot guarantee these services for orders placed through the online shop.

Please note the following conditions for our express shipping:

• No express shipping for freight or bulky item deliveries
• Limited availability depending on payment method: Express shipping is not available for the payment methods invoice (for end customers) and prepayment.
  
• Delivery only on business days: Express shipping within Germany is available exclusively from Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not included. Example: Orders with express shipping received on Friday are typically delivered the following Monday.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries (Third Countries)

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please note that the shipping costs listed in the store cover only the transportation costs. In addition, the shipping provider may charge import sales taxes, customs duties, and service fees, which must be paid directly by the recipient upon delivery. The amount of these fees is determined by the regulations of the respective country of import and cannot be influenced or predicted by us.
