Did you know that without our sense of balance we couldn't even stand upright? The sense of balance is an instinct that we should train regularly. The older we get, the wobblier we are on our feet. Besides classic exercises with your own body weight, there are various balance trainers that work with instability and challenge and train your sense of balance. When training with balance trainers, you stand on an uneven, wobbly surface and your body must balance this existing imbalance. We explain why you should train your balance, for whom balance training is suitable and what positive effects it can have for you.
