"Due to its functional shape and dynamic adjustment, the Dynair ball cushion can prevent back problems caused by sitting in motion. By the moved sitting, torso stabilizing muscles are activated, balance trained and static bad posture when sitting."
Tip:
"The ball pillow is really perfect because I have no room for a big ball. The first time you do it, all you feel is this wobbly thing underneath you. But after a short time you get used to the new Feeling and realizing: Something is happening to my body! I sit more upright, I always balance something out and feel my back muscles. The good feeling of doing something for your health on the side, is confirmed by my slowly fading back pain."
