The orange side of the trigger button must be on the underside of the tape. Here we go:     Use your fingers to feel the tense areas and trigger points in your muscles.     Place the trigger button on the corresponding spot and fix it with the kinesiology tape. Depending on the previous test, you can apply the tape strip while stretching.     Tape another strip of tape with tension over the trigger button to increase the pressure into the tissue.     Massage your trigger point! Apply pressure to the trigger button, release it and relax your muscles. Repeat the process if it feels good to you.
