With the Freeze Sleeve, cold and heat applications are now easier than ever: The bandage made of high-quality neoprene and scientifically developed hydrogel is simply pulled over the body part to be treated. Done!

The advantages of the Freeze Sleeve:

Each sleeve can be used on any part of the body. Whether it's your upper arm, knee or ankle, the elastic material gently conforms to the shape of your body.

This is how you find the right size:

1. Measure the circumference of the affected body part with a tape measure.
2. The tape measure should fit tightly, but not cut in.

• Circumference 15 to 26 cm: Size S
• Circumference 26 to 33 cm: size M
• Circumference 33 to 41 cm: size L
• Circumference 41 to 51 cm: size XL
• Circumference 51 to 61 cm: size XXL
• Circumference 61 to 75 cm: size XXL

Tip: Don't throw away the plastic packaging after opening it for the first time! It serves as a storage bag and your Freeze Sleeve is well protected in it when you put it in the freezer.

Notice:

Freeze Sleeve should not become damp or wet or the gel may absorb water and swell. If it has become damp, allow it to air dry completely before next use.
