How long should I wear the K-Active® Recovery Boots 3. 0?

The recommended length of time to wear compression boots depends on various factors, such as your individual training volume, your recovery needs and your physical condition. If you are just starting the application, then we recommend a 20- to 30-minute application. It is important that you pay attention to the signals of your body and adjust the wearing time accordingly. Over time, you can also gradually increase the duration. Longer wear (30 to 60 minutes) of the boots at medium to high intensity has the benefits of promoting blood circulation, muscle relaxation, faster muscle regeneration (lower lactate concentration) and stress reduction.
