However, for patients with known severe allergies or extremely sensitive skin, it is always advisable to perform a small test application to rule out individual reactions.
You can easily check compatibility yourself, directly on the inside of your forearm. Cut a small piece of K-Active® Tape Gentle and apply it to the inner side of your forearm. This allows you to immediately feel how comfortably the tape adheres and how gently the adhesive dissolves within itself during removal, without pulling on your skin. If you notice any skin irritation, do not use the tape.
The key difference lies in the adhesive: While the Classic K-Active Tape® uses a strong, reliable acrylic adhesive suitable for normal skin, K-Active® Tape Gentle features the innovative Stratagel adhesive.
