VitaDots® Walk&Run were developed to support you during hiking, running and walking. Thanks to their special programming, tired and heavy legs have become a thing of the past. With VitaDots® Walk&Run you can achieve greater balance, strength and endurance.
The VitaDots® Walk&Run are made from soft, skin-friendly gel and have a diameter of approx. 4cm. Each pack contains two VitaDots® Walk&Run.
Application Options
- Remove the protective film and stick the VitaDot® onto the sole of your shoe in the heel area. The dot also functions as a heel cushion! If adhesion decreased, simply rinse with warm water and let it dry.
- Place the VitaDot® under the shoe's insole, prefereably in the heel area.
- Since the dots have an effective radius of around 20cm you can also place it inside your socks.
