You want to train your abdominal muscles? The Bluetens® Power Pack supports you with electromyostimulation, or "EMS" for short. The electrodes, which were specially developed for Abs, deliver the electrical impulses exactly where they are needed.

You can easily control the Bluetens® Classic pulse generator with the app on your smartphone. There you'll also find exercise videos that further enhance the effect of EMS on your abs.
