Tape Spray Adhesive for Sports, Clinical Use, and High-Stress Areas
This spray adhesive improves the adhesion of tapes, taped dressings, and bandages - particularly in areas where applications often fail quickly, such as on feet, hands, and joints. The fixation remains stable and durable, even during strenuous sports activities or prolonged wear.
Tensospray creates a uniform, elastic adhesive layer that moves with the body without coming loose. Internationally, this type of product is known as "pre-tape spray" and is also suitable for securing non-adhesive wound dressings.
Application and Removal: How to Use Tensospray Correctly
Spray a thin, even layer of Tensospray onto clean, dry skin from a distance of approximately 10–15 cm. After allowing it to cool briefly, apply the tape and press it down gently; the transparent, quick-drying formula goes a long way.
Despite its strong adhesive properties, the tape - along with the adhesive film - can be easily removed from the skin. Because the tape adheres primarily to the film rather than directly to the skin, the removal process is gentler on the skin's surface.
Insider tip: If slight adhesive residue remains, a little baby powder can neutralize the stickiness, allowing the film to be easily rubbed off. More stubborn residue can be removed gently and completely using a cleansing spray such as K-Active® CleanSkin.
