Urgo® Urgosyval

Urgo® Urgosyval

Urgosyval is a white adhesive plaster for securing wound dressings and bandages. It has a serrated edge, which makes it particularly easy to tear transversely, but also longitudinally. Its microporous fabric ensures that the underlying skin can breathe. The special adhesive ensures strong adhesion and at the same time is very gentle to the skin.

Important note: Urgosyval must not be applied directly to injured or damaged skin and mucous membranes.

Application: For optimal adhesion, the skin should be cleaned, disinfected and then rinsed and dried. The fixation patch should be changed daily.

Product details:

  •     Contents: 12 rolls
  •     Dimensions per roll: 5 m x 2,5 cm
  •     Color: white

Side effects:

  •     This patch may cause skin reactions such as redness, irritation, dermatitis
or pain when pulled off, especially on dry or damaged skin.
  •     If local reactions or itching occur, discontinue use of the product and
        consult the appropriate physician.

  •     Keep out of reach of children. The simultaneous presence of grease or hair may affect the adhesive power. To avoid
irritation as well as delay in healing, do not apply the patch more than twice a day.
  •     Urgosyval is not suitable for fixation/attachment of wet devices or of probes (hematology, intensive care, incubators).
        Do not
apply the patch directly to damaged skin or mucosa (risk of irritation, ulceration or pain).
  •     Apply the patch so that there is no tension on the skin or patch (risk for irritation, tourniquet effect).
  •     To maintain optimal healing conditions, replace the patch if it has become wet.
  •     If adhesive strength is lost, renew the patch.
  •     Urgosyval should not be used for more than 30 consecutive days.
  •     Urgosyval should not be sterilized or subjected to pretreatment.
