The lumbar and abdominal belt and the two Cuffs allow optimal training for the entire body with neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES, formerly known as EMS).

The Smartrecovery kit also promotes Recovery and regeneration after a load by means of the combination of electricity and certain frequencies. You can also reduce pain by using TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation).
