Bluetens® Surf electrodes

The Bluetens® Surf electrodes are applied directly to the area of pain in a similar way to a plaster. The high-quality hydrogel special electrodes are ideal for smaller areas of the body such as the ankle, wrist, and elbow.

To ensure that the contact and optimal performance of the stimulation do not diminish, we recommend replacing the electrode pads for the EMS device after 25 to 30 applications. In addition, the pads should be replaced when they no longer adhere properly to the skin, or the adhesive side is covered with lint.
