BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS are an innovation on the fitness band market and have been specially developed for training small muscle chains. By training these muscles in a targeted way, you reduce your risk of injury and improve your body statics. At the same time, the fitness band promotes muscles that are not used at all or only to a limited extent in other sports. As a flexible and handy training tool, the BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS can be used wherever you want to do a sports session. This can be at home, during your lunch break in the office or in the park after work.
WHAT IS THE BLACKROLL® LOOP FITNESS BAND?
The carefully developed fitness band has a length of 32 centimetres and can be used flexibly for many different exercises. A textile material is used that ensures greater training comfort. At the same time, the textiles used are particularly skin-friendly and have a pleasant feel even after prolonged use. The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND is available in different resistance levels. The orange model offers you a light resistance, the green model a medium resistance and the blue model a high resistance. The fitness band for functional training is also available as a practical set.

TIPS FOR YOUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING WITH THE FITNESS BAND BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND:
- Before each workout, check the fitness band for damage and only use undamaged material.
- Start training slowly and use a BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND with low resistance.
- You can gradually increase the scope of your exercises and switch to models with higher resistance.
- It is important to perform your exercises at a slow and steady pace. Also make sure you breathe evenly.
- Exhale during the strenuous part of the exercise with the BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS.
- If pain occurs, you should stop exercising immediately and seek the advice of a specialist.
