Measurement
This exercise assesses the maximum strength of a muscle group in specific positions or the maximm range of motion of a body part. It involves short, powerful physical efforts and the results serve as a reference point for the upcoming training or therapy session. The most important parameter measured is the peak force.
Settings
Each exercise can be customized to the user: set a target to optimize the exercise. After the mesurements, the target can be adjusted based on the most recent results.
Measuring Muscular Endurance
This exercise measures muscular endurance: how long the user can maintain a given level of force. It involves longer and more sustainable physical exertion. The key indicator for assessing endurance is the average force that can be maintained over a defined period. At the same time, the exercise can also measure muscle fatigue.
Repetition Counter
The user performs a predefined number of repetitions. This exercise allows you to monitor performance and repetition speed in real time. One repetition consists of a muscular contraction followed by a muscle relaxation.
Isometric Exercise
Unlike the repetition counter, this exercise requires a sustained, static muscle action rather than repeated contraction and relaxation. The user must maintain a continuous muscle contraction while holding a stable position. Control and accuracy of the force level are crucial. A target range can be set beforehand to guide the user during exercise.

Detailed results of an isometric strength assessment during horizontal shoulder abduction. The data helps identify deficits or imbalances between the injured and the healthy side during a specific movement. Each protocol can be exported and saved as a PDF file.
Scuba-Diving
Karl is a scuba diver! Users can enjoy guiding him thorugh movements and strength control. The challenge: Help Karl avoid dangerous fish while collecting as many pearls and diamonds as possible.
Long-Term Results
Motivation is the key to progress in functional rehabilitation. Patients and athletes stay more motivated when they can compare their starting point with their improvements over time. The protocols clearly illustrate these developments for both the user and the therapist. Long-term result reports can also be exported and saved as PDF files.
Desert
In this rehabilitation game, Karl and his kite travel across the desert. Using strength and movement, the user helps Karl avoid the spikey cacti while collecting leaves and butterflies along the way.
