For optimal comfort and long-lasting adhesion, the tape should be aligned with the natural lines of the skin. As a general orientation, one “tip” of the grid can point toward the head. Ideally, apply the cross tape on stretched skin or over a bent joint so that it adapts better during movement later on. Carefully remove the grid tape from the backing film, touching the adhesive surface as little as possible (ideally using tweezers). Place it directly onto the desired point without tension and press it down firmly. Thanks to the slight electrostatic charge of the cross tapes, interaction with the body is possible. Based on practical experience, the Crossing may be applied in different directions over the target point. Once the optimal alignment is found, the patch will visibly settle onto the skin on its own.
