From small buddy to big boy: the Triggerdinger by K-Active® comes in 5 different sizes to suit both small and large bodies and muscles. They differ in height and head diameter. For the treatment of sensitive feet, there is also a very flat version, the footstall! The Triggerdinger are all equipped with anti-slip nubs on the underside to provide the best grip on any surface.

Big Boy:
For taller people over 180cm and large muscles, such as the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, with a 2.5cm head diameter.
Middle Man:
The golden mean for people from 165 cm to 180 cm tall: with 2.5 cm head diameter and slightly lower than the Big Boy, perfect for shoulder, upper back, gluteal as well as lower leg muscles.
Small Buddy:
For smaller people up to 165 cm and sensitive muscles such as the rotator cuff, as well as the neck, back and forearm muscles, with 2.5 cm head diameter.
Tschabbi Boy:
With 4 cm head diameter for sensitive areas such as trigger points in the muscles along the spine.

Triggerdinger SOFT - new material and just as effective
Triggerdinger are now also available in 30% softer SOFT material!
This makes them even more comfortable to use on the skin than the original models. This way you can treat your trigger points gently but still effectively. The Triggerdinger SOFT are made of soft TPE, like silicone, only this material is even more skin-friendly and anti-allergenic. The rubber-like plastic is not only much gentler on the skin, but it also allows you to massage your fasciae pleasantly. You can not only use the Triggerdinger SOFT selectively, but also stroke along your muscles to loosen them up.

Trigger point massage with Triggerdinger by K-Active®
The application of the Triggerdinger works on every part of the musculature according to the same principle. Choose the Triggerding that suits your needs and then you can get started.
1. Position your Triggerding on the floor or wall, depending on the area you want to treat.
P.S.: Thanks to the anti-slip nubs on the bottom, you have a firm grip on every surface.
2. Search your muscles for tension and hardened points.
3. Press against these points with your Triggerding.
4. Hold this position until the pain subsides. This usually takes about 30 to 90 seconds, but it can take even longer before the trigger point is released.
You can repeat this process several times for each trigger point you are treating. You can also adjust your position on the trigger point between applications.
It is quite common to feel some pain during trigger point massage. However, this should be bearable for you.
