If you want to make even more targeted use of the isometric full-body training device, the accessories are indispensable for your individual sessions.

The Activ5's repertoire and the corresponding app contain over 100 different workouts. The Velcro straps help you to smoothly perform the exercises and strength measurements, for example on the calf. Simply attach the oval device to the desired muscle group and start the strength measurements!

The Activ5 bag allows you to easily store the individual components or transport them to any location.
