One sensor. Three types of training. Measurable results.
Balance training: The board (approx. 40 x 30 cm, weight capacity up to 200 kg) is placed on a balance cushion. The sensor visualizes every shift in weight in real time, allowing patients to train their balance, coordination, and core stability with immediate feedback. Suitable for everything from fall prevention in seniors to proprioceptive training in competitive sports.
Measuring and training ROM: The sensor can be detached from the board and attached to the body with Velcro. This allows the range of motion (ROM) to be digitally recorded, visualized, and automatically documented. Therapists can set the desired ROM in the app, which is ideal for rehabilitation following joint injuries.
Cycling: The sensor is attached to the leg and transmits the pedaling motion to the app. On the screen, the patient controls a virtual bicycle, making endurance training during rehab significantly more motivating than traditional ergometer training.
The BoBo Pro App: Games, Documentation, and Remote Monitoring
This free app (iOS and Android) serves as the system’s control center. Profiles can be created for each patient, and training data and progress are automatically saved and exported as PDF reports.
15 interactive balance games ensure variety and adherence to therapy. Therapists can choose from rehabilitation programs or create their own training plans in seconds.
No subscription fees, no hidden costs.
Gamification, Group Training, and Remote Care
15 interactive balance games transform therapy exercises into motivating challenges, ranging from a snowboarding game to a maze. Patients train with greater focus, stay engaged longer, and perform their exercises more consistently.
Group training: Up to 4 users can train simultaneously on a single screen. This makes group therapy sessions more dynamic and promotes playful competition, which is particularly effective with children, adolescents, and in fall prevention for seniors.
Remote Care: Therapists can view training data remotely, analyze progress, and adjust the therapy plan. Since the patient does not need to be at the clinic, the BoBo Pro 2.0 is ideal for follow-up care and telerehabilitation.

Frequently asked questions:
The BoBo Pro 2.0 is a smart training device with a motion sensor and app that combines balance training, range of motion (ROM) measurement, and cycling in a single system. It is used in physical therapy practices, rehabilitation clinics, and competitive sports to make therapeutic exercises measurable, motivating, and individually customizable.
1x balance board, 1x removable motion sensor, 3x pieces of Velcro, and 1x balance cushion. The BoBo Pro 2.0 app is included for free, with no subscription or recurring fees.
The app works on all standard iOS and Android devices. For practical use, we recommend a tablet with a screen size of at least 10 inches.
Turn on the sensor. Open the app (the Bluetooth connection is established automatically). And your first session can begin in just a few minutes.
Yes. The app supports multiple therapist accounts and separate patient profiles. Each therapist can create and manage their own training plans.
All training data is stored directly in the app and can be exported as a PDF report. This is useful for documentation, progress reports, or communication with insurance providers.
The board also works as a traditional balance board without the app. The digital features, such as real-time feedback, games, and tracking, are only available with the app.
The board can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a standard surface disinfectant, which is important for maintaining hygiene between patients.
A balance cushion is included in the package. Alternatively, the board can also be placed on other unstable surfaces, such as Airex mats or balance pads, to vary the level of difficulty.
Yes. The developer regularly updates the app with new workout programs, games, and features. It’s free and comes at no extra cost.
The BoBo Home 2.0 offers balance training with an app for use at home.
The BoBo Pro 2.0, on the other hand, goes significantly further, as it features a removeable sensor for ROM and cycling, advanced patient management, professional rehab protocols, group training for up to 4 people, remote care, and exportable PDF reports.
