Recommended consumption:

You can take the multistage, isotonic drink powder with carbohydrates and minerals before, during or after sports. Thanks to fast carbohydrates, energy is provided almost immediately and remains constant for about 20 minutes per drinking ration thanks to slowly absorbing carbohydrates. The individual energy requirement of each athlete is different and depends on many factors:

• Average carbohydrate requirement of an athlete in the basic endurance range.
• Physical conditions (age, weight, height, gender)
• Condition of the course (altitude profile and surface)
• Type of sport
• Individual performance and intensity

Recommendation during sport:

• 750 ml of the ready drink per hour (every 20 minutes up to 250 ml)
• Dosage: dissolve 4-5 tablespoons of powder (50g) in 750ml of water.
• Depending on the mixing ratio, this corresponds to a carbohydrate quantity of 45 - 56 g.

Recommended after training / competition:

• 500 ml of the finished drink
