Delivery

We supply countries all over the world. Separate terms of delivery may apply to selected products. If necessary, these must be ordered through our partners in the respective country. K-Active Europe GmbH usually ships your orders within Germany with the logistics company "DHL". This Shipping method allows you to use insured shipping; there are no additional costs. Orders until 14.00 Clock we usually ship the same day! The shipping time is about up to 3 working days. We reject but to the fact that K-Active has no influence on the delivery of your goods. For the tracing of your Order you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from the logistics company if you have entered your e-mail address DHL. Via this e-mail you can track the status of your delivery.

Shipping costs

Dispatch from stock is carriage forward. Medical personnel, pharmacies and end consumers receive free shipping within Germany from EUR 58 gross value of goods for online orders and from EUR 200 net value of goods for written orders (e.g. order form, fax, e-mail, telephone, etc.). For orders below the stated order values, the shipping costs listed under "Parcel shipments to Germany" apply. Deliveries abroad are never free of charge.

Shipping from stock is freight collect. You will receive free shipping within Germany for orders over EUR 95 gross value. Below the stated order values, the shipping costs apply, which you can find under "Parcel shipments to Germany".

Parcel shipments to Germany

For express shipping, delivery is made by 6 p.m. on the next business day for orders placed by 12 noon. An additional surcharge applies to parcels weighing 10 kg or more. Bulky goods or items shipped via freight forwarding are excluded from express shipping.

For special shipping options, such as Saturday delivery or cash on delivery, we kindly ask you to contact us personally by email or phone. We cannot guarantee these services for orders placed through our online shop.

Parcel shipments to selected countries

Shipping costs to some other countries will be displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed. For orders from certain countries, we can only inform you of the shipping costs after the order is completed. These costs must be paid in advance, provided that the chosen payment method is not "invoice." Express shipping abroad is not possible.
