Ointments and creams for first aid, skin regeneration and for athletes

This category includes first aid ointments and sprays developed by K-Active as well as lotions for skin regeneration and important cold and heat ointments and sprays, which are also used in competitive sports. First aid ointments and sprays are extremely important for treating acute injuries. To prevent infections, the wound must be cleaned quickly. Afterwards, suitable ointments can help and support the healing of the affected parts of the body.

Creams and ointments for skin regeneration help to prevent scarring as much as possible and provide the skin with the necessary moisture and nutrients. Corresponding products are also available to prevent or limit the formation of stretch marks.

Athletes, on the other hand, rely on regenerative ointments that are quickly absorbed into the muscles and also help ligaments and tendons to regenerate. Cooling ointments and sprays are also important, especially for competitive athletes, as are heat products to warm up and relax muscles.

Sports tapes for functional bandages for injuries

For the stabilisation of muscles, ligaments and joints in case of injuries and acute complaints, fixation bandages are used before and after sports. This also applies to competitive athletes who need to remain resilient despite individual restrictions or athletes who do not want to lose their hard-earned form. Unlike kinesio tapes, sports tapes are inelastic. The functional bandages applied with them prevent the strain on injured structures or remove them from the movement chain altogether during movements.

Dressing materials belong in every first aid kit as well as in the basic daily material for doctors, hospitals and practices. They are used to protect the skin, tissue and musculoskeletal system, to dress wounds and also to relieve pressure on injured structures. Disinfectant and mouth and nose masks

Disinfectants as well as respirators and face masks have always been part of the basic inventory in all medical professions. Since the Corona crisis, however, corresponding products also belong in private households. Disinfectants are available both in the skin-friendly version and for surfaces and objects. It is important that bacteria and viruses are killed and that the WHO guidelines for hygienic disinfection are observed. The topic of mouth protection is a little more complicated, as the relevant terms are legally separated from each other. For massages to be successful, sensible oil or lotion is needed. A professional massage oil is characterised by good gliding properties and fluid structure and is also skin-friendly and suitable for allergy sufferers. When it comes to skin-friendliness, the absence of harmful substances also plays a major role. It is ideal if massage lotions contain neither parabens nor formaldehydes. It is practical if the skin is dry immediately after the treatment and you can get dressed again straight away. Massage lotions are also differentiated according to application for athletes and demanding customers. Some, for example, stimulate blood circulation and come with cold protection.
