Resistance bands for the foot

The first resistance band designed specifically for the foot muscles, the BlackBoard ToeBands enable you to train the toe and foot muscles in a targeted manner. ToeBand green - strong

The green band is suitable for mobilising fixed, immobile joints. The high resistance makes the band ideal for strengthening well-trained muscles in a targeted way.

ToeBand pink - soft

Ideal for starting resistance training for the foot. The highly stretchable structure is ideal for training muscles that have not been used so far. It also enables the strengthening of neural pathways.
