AIREX® Balance-pad Xlarge

The AIREX® Balance products are active therapy and training devices made of the well-known soft AIREX® foam. The Balance-pad XLarge is twice as large as the Balance-pad Elite and enables balance training in a completely new dimension. The variety of exercises and the variants for training improvement have grown with the introduction of the XLarge balance pad. The special waffle structure on the upper and lower side offers slip resistance and at the same time pleasantly stimulates the foot receptors during barefoot balance training. The thickness of 6 cm gives the Balance-pad XLarge the desired destabilising properties. The foam gives way and the body is constantly challenged to maintain balance and Stabilize joints. Thus, more and deeper lying muscles are used than when performing the same exercises without Balance-pad XLarge. The control function of the brain is activated and the receptors in the area of the joints and the fascial system are increasingly addressed

Training with the Balance-pad XLarge can specifically train combined conditional and coordinative skills such as strength, endurance, differentiation and balance. It is used it both in rehabilitation and prevention or in leisure and competitive sports. As an ideal supplement we recommend an AIREX® mat as an underlay, especially for exercises which, for example e.g. when lying down or in lateral support.

Three tips for your AIREX® products

• Use the products barefoot or with socks (no sneakers!)
• Care for your products with simple soapy water if they become soiled. Disinfection will not be necessary due to the integrated Sanitized protection!
