Bündig, auf den Punkt, Top für jeden, der mit FT durchstarten möchte

Ein tolles Buch. Vor allem mit den Basics des FT. Jedes Gelenk, jedes Körperteil ist beschrieben. Da ich die Autoren kenne und weiß, dass sie wirklich mit den Athleten zusammen trainieren und nicht nur irgendwelche "verrückten" Übungen darstellen noch ein weiterer guter Grund sich daran zu orientieren. Wer eine wissenschaftliche Abhandlung sucht, kommt hier nicht weit, wer FT in der Anwendung für spezifische Sportarten sucht, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Klare Empfehlung
