What is a tennis elbow?
The so-called "tennis elbow" is a condition where the outer part of the elbow hurts and becomes tender. Tennis elbow is also known by the technical term "epicondylitis humeri lateralis". Golfer's elbow is a similar condition on the inside of the elbow. The pain can extend into the forearm. In some circumstances, the ability to grip may also be weakened. Such repetitive strain irritation can be caused by activities in various work environments.
