Squeezy® Liquid Energy is the perfect alternative to Squeezy® Energy Gel if you don't want to drink extra water during exercise. Because Liquid Energy's more watery gel solution doesn't require a top-up drink. This makes consumption even easier!

The ingredients are based on those of Squeezy® Energy Gels: Liquid Energy contains a particularly low concentration of dissolved particles (low osmolality) and a high-quality carbohydrate mix. This ensures a multi-step energy release for a reliable energy supply!

Squeezy® Liquid Energy has a slightly lower energy content than the pure Squeezy® Energy gels. It is suitable for endurance sports with a sustained load from 45 minutes.
